vi) After completing the sections of the modification that you are routed to, you will end up in section 14 “Summary of changes and next steps”. Click the finish button to go to the modification work space.
vii) To log out, click the Logoff link in the upper right corner of the screen.
5.2.8 Notify PI to Submit Modification
i) Once all sections of the modification smartform have been completed, notify the PI that the modification is ready for their review and submit.
ii) Click the Send email to Study Team button from the study work space or the modification work space.
