ii) Type your login ID in the User Name field and password (as you would normally type it).
a. This could be your UT Southwestern Medical Center, Children’s Health, or Parkland Health and Hospital System credentials.
b. When given access to the eIRB system an email stating which credentials to use should have been listed.
iii) Click Login.
5.2 Create and edit the Continuing Review within the eIRB system:
i) Click on the eIRB Studies Tab
ii) Click on the Approved Studies tab, and then on the study name link.
iii) The study work space opens. Click the New Continuing Review button
i. If the button for creating a new continuing review is unavailable, check to see if a modification is under review. Per the UTSWIRB, a Continuing Review (CR) cannot be opened if a modification is already in place.
ii. If there are no open modifications contact the IRB (214-648-3060). Please have the study number available.
