vi) Once you have completed all applicable sections within the Continuing Review,, you will be taken to Section 8.0, ‘final page’. Enter any special instructions related to your study on this page. Click finish button to go to the continuing review workspace..
5.3 Notify PI to submit Continuing Review
i) Once all sections of the continuing review smartform have been completed, notify the PI that the continuing review is ready to be reviewed. Then you can submit.
ii) Click the Send email to Study Team button from the study work space or the continuing review work space.
Section 2.3 and 2.4 must be completed.
Answer 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 if data was collected
