If you have “Research” tab option in the left column, you can enter the call through there. If you do not have the “Research” tab, you will be prompted to add it during creating the note.
Select call as Incoming Call, Outgoing Call, or Other. And complete the information requested. Once completed, click Accept.
Complete the Reason for Call.
