Directions add Children’s Health to your Vendormate profile after registration:
1. Login to your Vendormate profile
2. Select the Accounts tab
3. Click on the Search for Accounts bar
4. Type Children’s Health into the search bar
5. Scroll down until you find Children’s Medical Center Dallas and click REGISTER to the left
6. From there, you will answer registration questions and pay the registration fee to create your profile
with Children’s Health

The Credentialing Program helps us streamline the collection and management of key information regarding the regulatory and compliance status as well as business operations of our vendors and suppliers.
We value our partnership with you and need your information for our credentialing program. Please take a few minutes to create a profile in our vendor management system, even if others in your company already have a profile. It is important that each individual representative register to maintain their personal credentials and ensure ongoing access to our facilities.
