CRWT Data Dictionary
STU# : Short Study Title: Each study in the CRC/A's portfolio and Monthly Report should be accounted for via entry into Data Entry of the CRWT tool
Service Area or specialty department for the respective PI
This is the study classification: Drug, Device, Data, Imaging, or Intervention
This the name of the staff for whom you are scoring. This is the "scoree". This will not always be the lead CRC, but could be anyone who plays a role on the study and that includes the study on their Monthly report.
This is the name of a study team member on the study. It is not necessarily the back-up. This entry does not total any CRWT point, but is included for information only.

When entering the study for a given study team member, this role could be selected if the "scoree CRC" has support or shares the study activities with another team member. Answering "yes" will generate a "1" on this report and will result in deducting 25% of the CRWT points for the overall study to be allocated to co-coordinator via a separate entry for that particular team member via data entry of the CRWT tool. This information is gathered by the roles reported on the Mthly report for a given study and via interview with the scoree and/or supportive CRC.
