• Colloquia are usually held in a meeting room at Children’s Health; however, in times of Pandemic no more than 10 socially distanced people can meet in a given space
C. Event Registration and Advertisement
• The CRE will post publicly the class schedule and will require registration for all participants to track attendance metrics accurately.
• The CRE will send an email to research professionals at Children’s Health and affiliates.
D. SessionMaterialsandFollow-up
• The CRE will provide educational materials for each Colloquium to the registered participants.
• Archived copies of past presentations and hand-outs may be made available on the RA intranet site. These will be pulled from the intranet site when the material is no longer applicable.
• The CRE will send an anonymous evaluation to all.
