SOP Title: Annual Research Conference Planning
Thank you for agreeing to speak at Research Week to be held at [Insert location] on [Insert date]. We are honored that you are taking time out of your schedule to help Children’s Health inform and educate our research community.

• Discussing your topic and its impact on current care
• Examining ways to incorporate your topic into practice or potential for collaborations
• Identifying future paths for topic to be researched
As a speaker for [Insert name of event], it is our hope that you will:
• Provide an outline of your planned presentation (the final version being subject to change) in advance of [Name of Event] by [Due Date]so that we may get CME/CNE credits approved for your talk specifically
• Complete the attached disclosure forms by [Due Date] as required by CNE/CME
• [Keep as necessary if paid presenter] Review and sign the attached contract between
Children’s Health and yourself as a paid presenter at [Name of Event]

as possible
Again, we thank you for your time and support for [Name of Event] and look forward to working with you in advance of this conference to advance research.
