Being near the biggest manufacturing area in Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, Dong Nai and
Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal has developed as Vietnam’s first deep water terminal
to accommodate large container vessels for direct linkage to the main export destinations in America and Europe.
Also, TCIT has expanded Intra – Asia services to transport containerized cargoes from Cai Mep to other countries in
Asia such as Japan, Korea, China, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, etc.
Along with abundant barges and the comprehensive logistics network connected with Cat Lai Terminal, Tan Cang
– Hiep Phuoc Terminal, Tan Cang – Phu Huu Terminal, SP – ITC, Binh Duong Port, ICD Song Than in Binh Duong,
Dong Nai Port, ICD Long Binh in Bien Hoa and other ICDs in Ho Chi Minh such as Tanamexco, Transimex, Sotrans,
Phuoc Long, Phuc Long and Sowatco, TCIT has been offering the better convenience responding to wide range of
customers’ requirements.
By the completion of National Road 51 up to 06 lanes and Ho Chi Minh – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Highway, there has
been a great advantage to inland container transport from TCIT to other areas in Ho Chi Minh City, neighboring
provinces and vice versa..
