2. Search in Job Title to find a similar posting to the job req you are creating
• If nothing is displaying in Job Title, try changing it from Start With to Like
3. Locate the similar position and select the Copy Job requisition to the left
4. Select Copy
5. The copied version will display, ensure you are clicking through each option to the left and
updating the fields where needed
