        Rehire Process
        Below is the process for rehiring an employee,


               1.  Email HR at hr@franklinbuildingsupply.com to ask if the employee is okay to rehire
               2.  HR will investigate and respond, letting the manger know if the employee is okay to rehire
                       •  No steps should be taken until this communication comes from HR
               3.  Manager should then let HR know if it is decided to move forward with the rehire
                       •  Include the effective date of rehire in the communication to HR
               4.  HR will reactivate the employee and notify the manager when complete
               5.  The employee will need to complete the onboarding documents again, these will be pushed by HR to their
                   Bell for completion.
               6.  VERY IMPORTANT: Once the employee is reactivated the manager must go in and review the employee’s
                   information. They will be active with all of their previous employment information. The manager must then
                   submit a change form to modify location, supervisors, role, compensation, etc... as necessary. This should be
                   done as soon as  manager is informed the employee is active in Kronos.
