11. You will now be able to find this saved report when accessing My Saved Reports
• My Info > My Reports > My Saved Reports

Creating Charts & Graphs
There is a little used feature attached to most reports that will allow charting or graphing of the results.
Although not highly utilized, managers should feel free to test and use this feature as much as they feel
comfortable. This document will only touch on charts/graphs briefly, feel free to reach out to HR to discuss in
more depth.

1. Open a saved report
2. Select the Viewing Data Only icon next to the report filters

3. The below options are available, all reports default to Data Only
4. For this example, we are selecting Charts & Data

5. Initially it will display as No charts to display, you must add in the chart options you want by
selecting the ellipsis (…)
