3. Once Greenshot is running in the background you can use shortcuts
4. Select the blue (Fn) key in the lower left-hand corner of your keyboard
5. While holding the (Fn) key, press the (Print Screen) Key to the upper right of the keyboard
6. A large + will appear on the screen
7. Holding down the left mouse, select the area you want to screenshot
8. After selecting the area, release the left mouse and the below window will open
9. The image can be opened in Greenshot image editor if it needs to be adjusted or it can be sent
directly into a document, or even an outgoing email

Downloading Zoom
1. Go to: https://zoom.us/download
2. Select Download in the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook option
3. Click the download link in lower left-hand corner of screen, select Open
