               FBS COVID Paid Times
               This function is used to enter, monitor, and report on time that is paid out to an employee due to a mandatory
               COVID related closure. Approval should always be obtained prior to entering employee time using this indicator.

                       1.  From the employee timesheet, select magnifying glass next to the Time Off field
























                       2.  Select the time off option of FBS COVID Paid Time






















                       3.  Enter hours in the Raw Total field
                              a.  Or enter an 8:00am clock-in and a 4:00pm clock-out






                       4.  Continue to enter the time entries per day as needed
