1. Why do you feel Safety is so important?
Ø Safety benefits protec ng both the company and the workers is the right thing to do. Safety training &
awareness helps in saving lives and minimizing danger/ injuries / proper es damages that's why safety is
most important thing in our workplace.
2. What all are the resources expected from Management to comply all HSE requirements in FGD projects?\
Ø A Safety plan, policies & Commitments, procedures, safety induc on, safety training, Awareness
program, supervision and also repor ng.
3. State the ini a ves taken by Kunal to improve the HSE performance?
Ø A Work plan, crea ng safe culture, allow easy access to safety informa on, use signs & labels. keep it
clean, use the right tools & equipment, use safety guideline from beginning, regularly scheduled mee ng/
training on safety in the work place.
4. What is the best way to prevent injuries?
Conduct pre-placement safety induc on, educate workers and employees by safety training, provide
protec on equipment, inspect and maintain all vehicles, tools & tackles machineries etc. stay organised at
work place maintain good housekeeping, layout of cables rou ng etc.
5. Why it is so important to report Near misses?
Ø To prevent accidents & incidents, injuries and damages.
6. What is the system M/S. Kunal had developed to iden fy and effec vely close Unsafe Act / Unsafe
Condi ons?
Ø Repor ng all unsafe act or condi ons and encourage employees to work safety. conduct on job specific
training & awareness, check condi on of protec on equipment and use the correct protec ve
equipment.
7. What all are the steps taken by M/S. Kunal Fabtech to comply applicable legal requirements?
Ø Implemen ng effec ve compliance policies. Educa ng workers and staff on those policies. Iden fying
issues that may turn into poten al viola on/ hazard ensuring there are procedures in place to address the
issues. Screening and evalua on of employees, monitoring audi ng and internal repor ng system.
8. What all are the support expected from MPW-IND?
Ø Moral support required in terms of Training program, awareness mee ng etc.
