            Greeting Message; -

I am very happy to introduce the KICHO (Precious) HSE Monthly Magazine to MPW-IND.
It's very important to create awareness for a safe work environment by a strong and close
            communication.

I hope this magazine helps to create strong and close communication within company.
It's an organisations responsibility to recognise the personnel and team efforts to improve the HSE
            performance.

As the organisation focus on cultivating safety culture, it's necessary to have more strong initiatives.
The magazine helps us to communicate HSE requirements and achievements in a effective way through
            visuals.

I wish all the best for the success of this magazine, and request all to best use of it.

      Leaders Talk

           Safety First,

As our H&S policy “Health & safety represents a pivotal part of our management and it stands seconds
to none”, Nothing comes before safety.
The defined safety procedures, specification, practises to be adhered without any deviation.
Governance shall be demonstrated through the established procedures, no one above the safety.
In Mitsubishi power all works to be carried out without compromising the safety requirements.
Whenever there is a doubt, put safety first.

As we introduced “RED DIAMONDS” to measure our HSE performance in site, the first evaluation
           released in July'21.
This thrown the limelight on focus area to improve the Health, safety & Environment parameters. There
is so much of improvement has to be made.
We (MPW-IND) focus more on the proactive measures than reactive, the operation team needs to
understand the importance of HSE activities and drive effectively.
Looking for a combined effort to improve the performance in the next months.
We need to be the benchmarking unit in HSE within Mitsubishi.
