recovery. Cash or in-kind transfers, ensuring food security, and preventing the
spread of Covid-19 is essential. As defined by FAO, the four angles of food
security- availability, accessibility, utilization, and stability of food regime for he
rural poor should be taken seriously and subject to modifications and
improvisation to the local reality.
