- The main characteristic of Hong Kong people is that they have
busy life with long hours.
- Their time cost of visiting country park is high.
- Country park is not a necessity for them.
- Their demand is inelastic.
➢ The allocation of resource is ineffective.
- The quantity demanded
for country decreases from
13.2 million in 2010 to 12
million in 2020.
- It tends to decrease in a
foreseeable future.
