Get a Demo
Once you have had an initial conversation with your potential provider and have asked them the questions that we recommend, so you can root out the ones that do not immediately fit your business. That way you will not waste your time on suppliers that offer a solution that does not fit your purpose.
As a next step, any good solution provider will offer to give you a demo of their products and software. We highly recommend you take this opportunity to see how sophisticated and easy to use and install their solution really is.
• Can your data dashboard be customised?
• Can reporting be automated and sent to you via email in a sharable format?
• How easy is it to download videos?
• Is there a max. amount of time or space for data storage?
• Can their software accommodate multiple users?
• And how does this software integrate with my existing fleet technology features and vehicles?
The supplier’s answers to the above and your original Action Points will guide you towards selecting your partner. In all likeliness you will now be able to compile a shortlist of your top 3 potential providers, perhaps you have even picked a favourite.
