3. Avant Credit Card
Avant credit card is a product of webBank—an industrial bank based in Utah. While
you will be charged an annual fee for using this card, it does not require a security
deposit from you to access it. The card issuers intermittently review consumers'
accounts to increase their credit limits. Its credit limits range from $300 - $1000.
One downside to this card is its high interest fee and annual fee. Still, it makes up for
that with zero fees for international transactions, a fast application process, no
hidden costs, and zero fraud liability. So, you can rest assured that you will be
charged based on your spending. This way, even lost or stolen cards won't give you
a nightmare.
