MUSTARD PICKLES
1 set of herring-like courgette or aubergine 50 ml Scanian mustard mustard 1 1 tbsp tbsp Dijon mustard mustard 1 1 tbsp tbsp apple cider vinegar (preferably
unfiltered)
100 ml rapeseed oil 1 1 small bunch of dill Stir the the the the mustard mustard and vinegar together Whisk the the the the the oil into the the the the the mustard mustard mixture Chop the the the the dill and and mix mix with the the the the mustard mustard sauce add salt and and and pepper to taste Drain the the the pickled vegetables and and turn them down into the the sauce june
