summery drinks with flowers
don’t miss the opportunity to to pick sweetly scented June blossoms and herbs to to infuse water with or or create a a a a a a a a a a a a a tasty lemonade that that makes for an an an amazing drink at at at at at any of the festivities held in in in June and and one that that isn’t too sweet Simple beautiful and and fresh!
INFUSED WATER WITH LILAC
AND LEMON
Infused water is the summer’s most nutritious drink! But avoid bushes growing next to a a a a a busy road or a a a fertilised field A couple of of sprigs of of lilac 1 1 lemon (organic)
1 1 litre water Rinse off any small insects from the flower sprigs Rinse the the the lemon and cut it it into into slices Put into into a a a a jug together with with the the the lilac flowers
Fill with water Allow the water water to steep for for at at at least 2 hours before serving RAW LEMONADE WITH LEMON

AND ELDERBERRY
You can add some agave honey or or stevia for sweetness Or go au naturale and skip the sweeteners entirely Replacing elderberries with meadowsweet flowers

Let the the beverage steep in in the the refrigerator for for a a few hours before serving VIRGIN MOJITO
Mint grows like a a a a weed! Make sure you use it in in in in in in everything! In this case in in in in in in a a a a a superb thirst quencher Mint and and lime give the virgin mojito its character and and fizzy water makes it it it extra refreshing You can add a a a a a a a a a a a a little agave honey or or stevia for sweetness 3 limes
1 litre water (carbonated)
20 mint leaves + some sprigs as a a a a a a a a a a a garnish
1 tbsp agave nectar honey or a a a a a a a a a few drops of liquid stevia Cut the the the limes
into wedges and muddle togeth- er er with the the the mint leaves at at the the the bottom of a a a a a a jug Make your your own fizzy water water using your your (tip- top) tap water Pour the the fizzy water water over the the lime and and mint and add sweetener to taste Serve with with ice And garnish
