ENERGY GEL
I’m not a a a a a huge fan of energy gels but they provide extremely practical and efficient energy when you want to do do a a a a a a a a a a a long workout or or run a a a a a a a a a a a a race so so I I will occasionally down a a a a a a a a a a a a pack Personally I I think most of the gels available to to buy are too sweet and taste artificial When I’m running a a a a a a a a a a long workout or or a a a a a a a a a a race I I also
get really sick of the syrupy sweetness My solution has been to make my own energy gel I use small soft 125 ml plastic bottles that are actually made for liquids and brew up a a a a a a a a a a jumbo batch of gel Here is one of of my gel gel recipes for grown- ups: ginger and and lemon provide a a a a a a fresh kick that makes the the gel less sickly sweet Chia and and ginger settle the the stomach /MIMMI
