PUMPKIN HARVEST FEST
My tastiest fast food recipe with pumpkin This is is is such a a a a a a a a a lovely sumptuous and simple pasta pasta dish The protein from the bean pasta pasta is is is is perfect!
Serves 4
About 300 g pumpkin 1 1 tbsp tbsp rosemary
1 1 1 tbsp tbsp olive oil
1 1 onion
2 2 garlic cloves
200 g g g fresh mushrooms 300 g g bean pasta Salt
Heat the the oven to to 200 degrees Cut the the pumpkin into small pieces sprinkle with salt rosemary
and a a a a a little oil
Bake the pumpkin for 20–25 minutes I like it it a a a bit chewy Meanwhile chop the the onion
and and garlic clean the the the the mushrooms and and fry in in a a a a a a a a a bit of oil

Boil the the the the bean pasta according to the the the the instruc- tions on on the the package When everything is ready mix the the the pumpkin into the the pasta and top with mushrooms Yum! /EMILIE
