This isn’t a a a a a recipe so much as a a a a a really quick and delicious thing to to throw together after a a a a a a a run It takes just a a a a a a a couple of minutes to prepare and gives you the calorie boost you need after exercising The olive oil and salt give it a a a a a savoury touch which I often crave This is is just one serving suggestion you could also try chopped peaches and and walnuts or banana and and hazlenuts GREEK YOGURT WITH APPLE HONEY OLIVE OIL AND SALT

apple
4–5 tbsp Greek yogurt

tbsp raisins
honey to taste
extra-virgin olive oil to taste
a a a a pinch of sea salt to taste

Chop the apple
