race I know from my own experience that having something to look forward to even something as as mundane as as a

slice of cold pizza can give the spirits a

boost during the darker moments of a

a
a
long race If I’m at home the evening before a
a
a
a
a
a
a
race I’ll generally bake pizza adding plenty of seeds and whole grains to the dough It’s a
a
a
a
good dinner that the the the whole family enjoys and I find easily digestible Then if the the the race the the the following day is longer than about 30 miles (50km) I put leftover slices into freezer bags and add them to to my racepack or to to a
a
a
a
a
a
a
dropbag if there is one If you have a
a
a
a
a
a
baking baking stone these are perfect to to use for baking baking pizzas otherwise a
a
a
a
a
a
really hot baking baking tray lined with baking baking paper will do the the trick
