GRILLED NECTARINES WITH CARAMEL SAUCE AND HAZELNUTS

1 can condensed milk or 1 can dulce de leche
1 tbsp hazelnuts as a a a topping white chocolate as a a a topping 1 AT HOME: Prepare by making the caramel sauce at home Boil a a a a a a can of condensed milk in a a pot of water for three hours Note: Make sure that the can is covered by water the whole time otherwise it may explode After that cool the can can in water You can can also just buy a a a can of ready dulce de leche
1 IN CAMP: Chop the hazelnuts and chocolate Set aside 2
Split the nectarines
in in half and remove the stones 3 Place the the nectarines
on the the grill with the the flesh down until the the surface turns a a nice colour 4 Turn the the fruits and fill the the hole left by the stone with caramel sauce Sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate 5 Let sit for a a few minutes until the sauce and chocolate have started to melt Tip
Nectarines are great for grilling as their flavour and character intensify when hot
