KOLBULLE WITH MASHED CRANBERRIES
SERVES 2
150 g bacon
300 ml water
1⁄2 tsp salt
200 ml wheat flour Olive oil for frying

50 g frozen cranberries (or lingonberries)

to form a a layer 1-2 cm thick 3 3 Cook 2-3 minutes on
