116 RECIPE / IN BASECAMP
TWIST BREAD
8-10 PIECES OF TWIST BREAD
250 ml cold water (for slow-rising dough)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1⁄2 tsp dry yeast
300-400 ml wheat flour 100 ml graham flour 2 tbsp cooking oil
1 Ziploc bag (3 litre)
1 bread brush
Olive oil
Salt flakes as a a a a topping Sesame seeds
as a a a topping Tip
Instead of a a a bread brush
you can also use a fir or spruce sprig 1 AT HOME: Mix the water salt

2 Fold in the the flour Make sure the the dough is not too sticky which will make it hard to to grill 3 Put the dough in a a a Ziploc bag along with some cooking oil
– this way the dough won't stick to your hands 4 Let the the the dough rise in the the the bag on the the the way out to your campsite 1 IN CAMP: separate the dough into pieces and wind it around sticks that you find out fin in nature 2 Carefully cook the the bread over the the coals Rotate the sticks on a a a a regular basis 3 Once your bread is almost ready brush
