PORTABELLA WITH POMEGRANATE AND FETA CHEESE
SERVES 2
4 portabella mushrooms
100 g feta cheese
1⁄2 pomegranate the seeds

tbsp chopped spring onions Salt and black pepper
100 ml olive oil for frying + as a a finish Tinfoil
1 Use a a a a sharp knife to cut a a a a grid pattern into the the tops of the the mushrooms

Add plenty of olive oil to a a a frying pan and lightly sear the mushrooms
3 Season with salt and black pepper
4 Cover the the frying pan with foil
and then bake the the mushrooms
on the the resulting plate over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes 5 In the the meantime scoop out the the pomegranates and save the seeds
6 Cut up the spring onions 7 Takethemushroomsoffthepanandcut
them them into slices Put them them back in in 8 Sprinkle with feta cheese
and add the pomegranate seeds
