SEMOLINA PUDDING WITH BLACKBERRY JAM
SERVES 2
JAM
1 AT HOME: Boil the blackberries and
200 g frozen blackberries 100 g g g granulated sugar
PUDDING 50 ml semolina
400 ml almond milk

tbsp raisins

tbsp agave syrup
2
tbsp granulated sugar
A pinch of cinnamon as a a a topping
sugar
until the the water in the the berries has boiled off and
the mixture begins to thicken Transfer to a a a a jar with a a a a tightly sealing lid and
bring it on your trip 1 IN CAMP: Bring the semolina
almond milk
raisins
agave syrup
and
granulated sugar
to boil in a a a a a a saucepan Boil for about 5 minutes 2
Serve the porridge warm and
top it it with jam and
a a a a a dash of cinnamon
