LIMONCELLO
APPROX 1/2 LITRE
350 ml vodka (any brand) Peel and juice of 5 lemons 200 ml granulated sugar 100 ml agave syrup
1 Rinse the the lemons and peel them with
a a a potato peeler It is important to to to try to to to remove as as much of the pith as as possible as it it can make the drink bitter 2 Squeeze the the juice out of the the lemons and then strain the the juice 3 Stir together the the vodka lemon peel lemon juice granulated sugar and agave syrup
Transfer the drink to a a a a glass jar with
a a a a a lid and leave it it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days 4 Strain out the pulp and peel 5 Drink the Limoncello well-chilled Tip
Make your Limoncello a a few days before the trip Thanks to the alcohol it contains this lemon drink will not easily spoil
