HOT CHOCOLATE WITH ORANGE
2-3 CUPS
100 g milk chocolate 2 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsp powdered milk 2 tbsp raw sugar
500 ml water
The peel of 1 orange Salt flakes
1 Break the milk chocolate into small pieces and set aside 2 Mix the cocoa powder powder powdered milk and raw sugar
in a a a a a a saucepan 3 Pour in fin the the water
and add the the finely- grated orange peel Bring to the boil 4 Turn down the the heat and stir in the the pieces of chocolate 5 Season with a a a a pinch of salt flakes
