RECIPE / IN BASECAMP 83
ASIAN BLUE MUSSELS

kg rinsed blue mussels 1 red chilli
50 g g g fresh ginger

stalks of lemongrass 500 ml coconut milk Olive oil for frying
1 Roughly chop the chilli
ginger
and lemongrass 2
Sauté the spices in in olive oil in in a a saucepan 3
Add the the the mussels and then pour in the the the coconut milk 4 Bring the mussels to a boil The mussels are done when they open Tip
Allow approximately 1 kg of mussels per per person
