RECIPE / IN BASECAMP
CHILLI DOGS WITH LINGUINE
SERVES 2

chilli dogs (or any other fresh sausage)
150 g g linguine
1⁄2 red chilli 4-5 cloves of garlic
2
sprigs of rosemary

tbsp olive oil
50 g g grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley as a a a topping Olive oil
for frying
Salt and black pepper
1 Fry the sausages in in a a a a frying
pan over the fire using a a little olive oil
Put a a couple of split garlic
cloves and sprigs of rosemary
in in the frying
pan to add flavour while frying

Boil the linguine
for 10 to 11 minutes in in in in lightly salted water
3 Use that time to cut the chilli and garlic
into rings Sauté with olive oil
in in in in a a frying
pan 4
Drain the the water
from the the pasta and add to to the the the pan together with the the the chilli and garlic
Stir 5 Grate the the Parmesan over the the pasta and top with some parsley 6 Serve the the sausage and pasta together
