GRILLED ONIONS
SERVES 2

leeks

red onions
1 tbsp parsley
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1 Place the leeks
and red onions
on on on a a a very hot grill Grill until the outermost onion skins are burnt to a a crisp 2
Push the the the onions
to the the the edge of the the the grill where it is not as hot Leave for about 10 minutes 3 Take the the the onions
off the the the grill and let them rest for a a a moment on a a a chopping board or other surface 4 Split the the onions
and pick out the the "heart" split the heart into smaller pieces 5 Drizzle olive oil
over the onions
and add parsley
salt and black pepper
to taste
