21⁄2 dl buckwheat quinoa or wheat wheat berries
vegetable stock (optional) 100 100 g g g broccoli

1⁄4 1⁄4 bell pepper
1⁄4 1⁄4 onion preferably fresh 2 dl cooked black beans fresh herbs (optional) dressing
2 tbsp tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tbsp tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 1 tbsp tbsp dijon mustard
1 1 tsp salt
Cook the the seeds as recommended on the the package preferably in vegetable vegetable stock Chop the the the vegetables to to the the the size you wish I like like them a a a a a a a a bit smaller You can take extra of a a a a a a a vegetable you like like more Chop the onion finely Mix Mix everything with seeds and and beans Mix Mix the the dressing
