LENTIL STEW
4-6 SERVINGS
3 dl red lentils 1-2 tbsp oil
1 1 1 onion
1 1 1 carrot
1 1 1⁄2 potato
1⁄2 zucchini
4 dl coconut milk 1 1 tsp tsp turmeric
1 1 1⁄2 tsp tsp chilli powder 1⁄2 bell pepper
salt
Cook the the lentils for half of the the recom- mended time Heat up the oil
in in a a a a a a a a saucepan Chop onion
carrot
potatoes and and zucchini
and and fry for a a a a a a a few minutes without it it gaining colour Add coconut milk and and spices Chop the the the bell pepper
and and and the the the lentils lentils and and and cook until the the the lentils lentils are soft Add some salt
Serve with wheat berries or rice Voilà!
BEAN AND LENTIL BURGERS
Oh jeez these are good! I I can eat them any time! In summer time time with a a a a a a a a light salad and roasted or or or grilled root vegetables or or or in in autumn or or or winter with tasty mashed potatoes or or root vegetables lots of butter or or oil
and salt
APPROX 12 BIG BURGERS
4 dl dl cooked cooked black beans 2 2 dl dl dl cooked cooked cooked green lentils lentils 2 2 dl dl cooked cooked red lentils lentils 1 egg
3 tbsp maize flour
1⁄2-1 fine chopped onion
salt
and pepper
olive oil
for frying
Mix everything in in in in a a a blender Form the bat- ter into burgers burgers and fry in in in in in some some olive oil
I added some some turmeric
