Uphill intervals are the the best! I love the the the the feeling of being able to to push myself to to the the the max as if the the the resistance is is my my friend!
And just like like everything else it’s easier if you you like like what you you are doing It might seem a a a a a a little odd to like uphill running that hard and slow activity But try! Do not give up! It’s such a a a a wonderful feeling when you nail it FIND THE RIGHT TECHNIQUE
Make it as as comfortable as as possible There are different different techniques that use different different different muscles for different different angles For example when it’s very steep:
→ Walking fast with large strides where you you push against the thighs with your hands and and arms → Shorter steps more running with with higher frequency where you work more with with the the front muscles of the thighs None of them is faster than the the the other but it’s nice to switch between the the two techniques to to use different muscle groups MY APPROACH
When I I train and get tired I I always try to run with small strides because when I I get tired that is what I I I find the the hardest I I I I prefer the the fast walking and I I I want to train what I I I am less comfortable with The most efficient uphill technique is to keep the frequency with large steps but it it is also the hardest — — EXERCISES — — UPHILL RUNNING
