As my tenure as President of the
Canadian Golf Superintendents
Association comes to a close, I want
to take this opportunity to express
my sincere gratitude to each of you
for the trust, collaboration, and
support throughout my time in this
role. It has been an incredible
privilege to serve this vibrant,
dedicated community of golf course
Superintendents and industry
professionals.
Together we have navigated
challenges, celebrated successes,
and continued to elevate the
standards of professionalism, inno-
vation, and environmental steward-
ship in golf course management
across Canada. The passion and
commitment of our members are
what make this association so
strong, and I am proud of the strides
we have made collectively.
A special thank you to the Board
of Directors, our staff, and all of you for
your guidance and collaboration. Your
expertise, hard work, and dedication
have been instrumental in ensuring the
CGSA continues to thrive and support
the needs of golf course Super-
intendents at every level. An extremely
special welcome and congratulations
to Braydon Gilbert, AGS as your new
President of the CGSA.
While my official role is ending, my
enthusiasm for this industry and my
respect for all of you remain
unwavering. I look forward to
continuing to support the CGSA and
its members in the years ahead.
Thank you once again for the
opportunity to lead this extraordinary
organization. I am confident the future
of Canadian golf course management
will remain strong, innovative, and
community focused.
Wishing you all continued success
in your careers and on the course. GM
