 Growing a successful business is a lot like training to be the best at your golf game. Novice players have much to plan, prepare and practice before they can successfully tackle the challenge of completing an 18-hole course.
Managing a course, much like playing one, is no different. If you don’t have a plan on where you want to go and how you’re going to build it, you simply can’t get there. In a seasonal industry like Canadian golf, however, some owner-operators can make the limiting decision to focus primarily on the present and not enough on the future. A simple, focused management process is vital to grow a bold, sustainable business.
To simplify the process, we’ve developed a framework we call the 3C’s – Create, Communicate, Close. It’s our unique process to help small and medium-sized businesses develop and integrate a plan to help them build.
