As I pen this article, I have just returned from our 3rd Annual Golf Business

Innovation Catalyst, led this 2-day intense workshop and from the early survey results, I would say that those in attendance felt it was a worthwhile experience.

Sixty percent of the delegates have rated the session content and Toni’s execution of the session a 6 out of 5 (yes, you read that correctly) and the other 40% have rated Toni’s session a 5 out of 5. From the anecdotal comments following the session, I am confident that the final results will continue on that same path.
Toni dared and challenged the delegates to think and be different this coming season; to not just be better but to reach beyond their comfort zone and create exceptional experiences and touch-points for their customers. Working through Toni’s Customer Engagement Strategy, the attendees created their course’s unique story; one that will grab the golfer’s attention, resulting in more engaged golfers for 2015. It was a great couple of days and I believe the ROI on the session was aptly described below by one of the attendees:
“I thoroughly enjoyed the session and certainly gained many insights which will be very useful this season with our staff. With labour being our single biggest line item expense, I think this was a highly effective investment in our business that I know will pay dividends 10 times over.”

Not only will RedBook Golf help fill your tee sheet at rates you want, the NGCOA Canada will provide a year-end rebate to its participating members based on coupon downloads associated with their course.
