Now for the trickier parts - when should you use Pre-bonder? Is it always
necessary? (Optional)
Pre-bonder is a bit like an amped up Primer, almost as if Primer and Booster went
on a little weekend away and came back with an extra family member! Pre-bonder
is going to be your very best friend if your client has very dry lashes - it adds a
touch more moisture and really gets the glue interested in sticking around. (Pun
intended) Pre-bonder isn’t necessary for all your clients, but those who need it will
thank you for discovering it! Now you’re ready to go! Get that map drawn and slay
some lashes!
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE LASHING
Did you know that the way you apply eyelash extensions will affect the final
look of the set?
1. Eyelash extension is to be applied on the top of the natural lash, if the
natural lash is too curly or stick out in in an awkward direction you can place
the lash on the either side of the natural isolated lash or if it's better to go from
underneath the natural lash. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE LASH EXTENSIONS
ARE POINTING STRAIGHT OUT AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE!
2. The Middle and bottom layers should have extensions applied from the side
or on the top!
3. Lashes in the inner corner are easier to work with if you apply for extensions
from the side.
4. Always use shorter lashes on the outer corner of the eye
5. For more density and darkness, on the top layer apply extensions one size
shorter than middle or bottom
6. It is much easier to work with stronger curls such as D, CC, M if you apply
them from the bottom or from the side
7. Stretch the skin in the inner corner towards the centre of the eye, to access
the smallest lashes
8. When styling a “Cat Eye”, start from the outer corner and finish with inner,
this way extensions will have a direction towards the ear
9. Apply lashes 1-2mm shorter when working with the baby lash, as they are in
the phase of active growth
