side in the page size you’re looking to get

them printed as.

Please send the pages as single sheets

and not as a booklet; we will set it up as a

booklet on our end.

Also, please keep the page number in

multiples of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16, etc.) so that it

can be printed without blank pages
