CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION
This is the number we’ll use to divide your KENP reads by to figure
out what the minimum amount of orders the page reads equate to. Since
you can’t have .5 of a book, we’ll round up.
Going back to our example, we had 907 page reads. 907/184=4.9 or 5 orders.
5 + 39 orders = 44 orders from our Auto campaigns.
Again, assuming 10% of those or 5 (4.4 rounded up) will turn into warm
leads after reading the book, we spent $362.07 for 5 warm leads before
factoring in revenue from the book.
Assuming we’ll be paid at least 60% of total sales which were $427.61,
we’ll be paid $256.57.
$256.57-$362.07 = a loss of $105.50.
$105.5/5 leads = $21.10 per warm lead and loyal fan. If each lead is
worth $250 to us, we can see that funnel value is $1,250. That’s more than
a 10x ROI.
If you’ll remember the average cost-per-lead on Facebook of $25, this
is a cheaper and much warmer lead.
How do you optimize your Auto Campaign?
When adjusting our Auto campaigns, we want to use CPC as our
guiding light. Let’s adjust our columns so that we’re able to see CPC.
