Troubleshooting
From time to time your account may encounter some Amazon messages, prompting you to make some changes to your account or campaign. Here we walk through the most common so you can be prepared to adjust accordingly and keep your campaigns up and running.
What should you do if a campaign is out of budget?
We have set up all of our campaigns with a $5 starting daily budget. Over time you will get an error message on some of these saying that the daily budget has been hit, and a recommendation to increase the budget.
By now, you know whether or not a campaign is performing well, whether you’re targeting a 60% ACOS or a CPC that’s in line with what your break-even bid. If the campaign is performing well by these stand- ards, feel free to increase the budget to the suggested budget.
If the campaign is not performing well, you’ll want to look for targets that you can negatively target to increase the conversion rate, or you’ll want to change the overall bidding strategy of the campaign.
If you decide to increase the budget for a campaign, you can update it on your AMS Dashboard.
