I’m going to open Business & Money -> Job Hunting & Careers.
Always target the top-level category along with the sub-categories.
If a target is greyed out, it means that you are already targeting it from the targets that Amazon suggested to you.
I would target every subcategory under Job Hunting & Careers. I would also work through these categories and subcategories until I’m targeting at a minimum 25 categories.
Now go back to the top-level categories and do the same with the Kindle Store Categories. These categories will be similar but different to the books categories. Again, go through these categories until you’ve selected another 25 categories.
