Whether you’re planning a grand, sophisticated event or a small, Cayman Islands law prohibits all forms of public nudity, including
intimate beachfront ceremony, the Cayman Islands offers dozens of topless sunbathing. In accordance with local customs, we also request that

Foreign Exchange & Tipping
The Cayman Islands dollar (CI$) is on a fixed exchange rate. $.80 CI
equals $1.00 U.S. The U.S. dollar is accepted throughout the Cayman Islands.
Automated Teller Machines are also available. Many local hotels and restaurants
automatically add a 10-15% service charge. If not, please examine your bill and
feel free to reward those who serve you with any added tip you deem appropriate.
Credit Cards
American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are widely
accepted.
Communications & Technology
Our telephone service is completely modern and efficient. Worldwide
calls can be made twenty-four hours a day, and prepaid calling cards can be
purchased in many locations. Fax and telegraph services are available, as is
Internet access at many hotels and Internet cafes around the islands.
Cayman runs on the same current as the U.S. (120V/60Hz).
