What a great time! Snorkeling, kayaking, beautiful mind blowing. Encouraging to see healthy reefs and fish. Quite an

extravaganza for a trout biologist. We had a fun group, made friends and was nice we were about the same energy.

 Tropical Seas

Spanning the midline of the globe our warm tropical oceans incubate a phenomenally rich diversity of life. The cornerstones
to this diversity are the living coral reefs which thrive in the clear sunlit tropical waters. Throughout the world’s tropical

waters, coral reefs cover in total an estimated 100,000 square miles and are thought to sustain half a million different
species. Multicoloured tropical fish find habitat amongst the coral’s sheltering growth (much like the animals of the
jungle find refuge in the layers of the forest) and it is from the ageless erosion of corals that Belize’s postcard perfect

cayes and the Yucatan’s white sand beaches are formed.
