Referrals
The Discovery House program is designed to make the referral process easy for discharge planners and referring agencies. All referrals are coordinated by the Reflections Outpatient Behavioral Health program. Please call 318.238.3696, or FAX 318.238.3699.
Once a referral is received, the clinical staff at Reflections will do their best to let referral entities and discharge planners know whether or not the individual has been accepted for the residential program. If the program is unable to meet a patient’s needs, the clinical staff will help determine alternative mental health resources that may be available and appropriate.
